What is included in my Diaper Cake?Miscellaneous baby
itemswill be included in each diaper cake, along with the diapers,
andwill vary to coordinate with the theme of the cake. Each
item is subject to availability so we reserve the right to substitute
items that may be pictured for those of equal or greater value. If you see something pictured on a cake that you want to make sure is not substituted, email us and we will do our best to make sure the item is included on the cake. Miscellaneous
baby items may include, but are not limited to: toys, bibs, rubber
ducks, rattles, pacifiers, baby spoons, baby washcloths, combs, brushes,
booties, bottles, receiving blankets, undershirts, hats, etc.
Do you do make custom orders?
Certainly! Just email or call us with what you have in mind and we will create something extra special just for you. We
will match your party theme or a nursery, create a special cake for
twins, add a certain toy, change a diaper size, create a cake for a 1st birthday, etc.
What size diapers do you use?
We use size 1 diapers (up to 15 lbs). If you would like a different size, just email or call us and we will be glad to accommodate you.
What shipping method do you use?
We utilizeFedEx for shipping. Your shipping cost will be calculated upon check out. Our cakes cannot be combined for shipping as each one must be shipped separately. If you would prefer another shipping method, or need a rush order, please contact us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to3 days for your cake to be handcrafted and then another 2-5 days for shipping. If you need a rush order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We acceptfund transfers and credit card payments througha secure server on Pay Pal. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to pay by credit card and signing up is not required. You can also pay by cheque or money order. Please call us or email for additional details.
Will you ship directly to the gift recipient?
Absolutely! At your request we can send the package directly to the gift recipient. Just fill out the shipping information while going through the shopping cart. If
your shipping information is different from your billing information,
you can write a short message to the gift recipient in the "message to
gift recipient section" in the shopping cart. Your name and message will be hand written on the back of our card attached to the cake.
Exceptions:
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box and will not ship directly to hospitals due to short lengths of stay.
What is your return policy?
All of our products are handmade, personalized and/or custom made, therefore all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If
an item is returned to us unopened because it was refused or declared
undeliverable, you have the option to re-ship and to pay the additional
shipping charges.Errors with your order must be reported within 5 days from receipt of your shipment. Error correction is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
